I understand that sometimes life happens and you need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you give me a 24 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service(s).  A no show will incur a 50% of the scheduled service(s). If you arrive 15 minutes late, your service(s) will have to be modified to ensure that I stay on time for clients scheduled later in the day.
